By downloading, installing, or using StrideKai ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of StrideKai, based in the United Kingdom.
StrideKai is a fitness and wellness application that provides structured walking sessions, progress tracking, and habit-building tools. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription options may include monthly and annual plans, with pricing displayed via the Apple App Store.
Free trials (if offered) automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
All payments are processed through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Renewal occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → StrideKai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide refunds directly. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
You can restore your subscription using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App.

StrideKai provides general fitness guidance only. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme if you have any concerns. By using the App, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk, you are responsible for your physical activity, and we are not liable for injuries or health outcomes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App may use analytics and third-party services to improve functionality and measure performance.
All content, branding, and design within the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal use only.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or business, health-related outcomes, or interruptions or technical issues. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
